The mod is selected in the mod list provided by the Mod menu mod. There is a config button on the bottom-left corner of the screen.

The speed value can be edited here. Setting the modifier to 0.5 makes all items burn 50% less long. Setting it to 2.0 increases the burn time to 200%.
