Blank Signs Mod (1.21.7, 1.21.1) is a simple yet highly convenient utility mod that changes the default behavior of placing signs in Minecraft. Normally, when you place a sign whether it’s oak, spruce, or hanging the game automatically opens a GUI for you to enter text. But what if you just want blank signs for decoration, redstone markers, or map builds?
This mod removes that interruption by disabling the sign editing screen entirely when placing signs, letting you build faster and without repetitive menu closings. Perfect for builders, redstone creators, and map designers who place large numbers of signs without needing to write anything on them.

Features:
- Place Signs Without GUI Popups
Instantly places blank signs without opening the default sign text editor screen. - Works with All Sign Types
Compatible with standard wood signs, hanging signs, and modded signs that follow vanilla behavior. - Improves Build Efficiency
Greatly speeds up workflows for decorative builds, schematic marking, or batch sign placement. - Client-Side Utility
Works in singleplayer or multiplayer without requiring server installation (client-side only). - Lightweight and Focused
No other behavior is changed just the removal of the GUI when placing signs. - Supports Fabric and Quilt
Fully compatible with both Fabric and Quilt mod loaders.

Why use Blank Signs Mod?
If you’re a builder who frequently places empty signs for aesthetics or labeling, having to close the GUI every time becomes a major annoyance. Blank Signs Mod removes that step, offering a smoother, faster, and distraction-free way to use signs as building blocks. It’s especially useful when creating detailed interiors, maps, redstone contraptions, or server decorations where no text is needed.
