Download FFmpeg from:

Extract it and locate the ffmpeg.exe file.
Example path: C:\FFmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exe
When rendering a video inside Replay Mod, paste the full path into the CMD field at the bottom of the Render Settings screen.
